Payment Methods

• You can order and pay online by credit or debit cards using  the Parent Pay facility. 
• All credit and debit card payments are taken at the time you place your order.
• Should you wish to pay by Cash or Cheque an order form for PE kit is available to download. This should be brought into the academy where the order will be processed upon payment

Product Description

We have taken a great deal of care to ensure our information is accurate. However discrepancies can occur. There may occasionally be a slight variance in colour of a garment, but this will be within acceptable dyeing standards. Where changes in a product's specification are introduced, we will have approved this in advance.

Basis of Agreement

Whilst we always try to ensure that all items listed are in stock we cannot guarantee availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Prices and VAT

The prices shown for each item includes VAT where applicable.

Collection

We operate a collection service only, collection from the Academy Shop can be made during specified hours when relevant items will be ready for collection 2 days after the order has been confirmed, through this web site. While every effort is made to process your order promptly, please allow up to 5 academy days from placing your order, especially during the busy "back to school" period.

Returns and Cancellation

If you have selected the wrong garment or wrong size of garment you have 28 days from the date of receipt of your goods to cancel the contract in full or in part and to receive either a satisfactory replacement or a refund of the full cost of any item. Items can be returned to the appropriate member of staff at the academy. All items should reach the academy in their original packaging and with original labels attached.

Confidentiality

All confidential information is held securely and only transmitted in an encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

By placing an order using the site, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of the site.

Jurisdiction

The contract between us will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
